Service Overview
I provide diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs for domestic sewing machines, ensuring your machine performs at its best.

 

Turnaround Time

• Standard service: 5–10 business days from drop-off

• Any delays (parts or issues) will be communicated promptly

 

Parts & Labour

• You’ll be notified of any needed parts before installation

• Rare parts may take longer

 

Payment

• Payment required at pickup/delivery (cash only for delivery)

• Machines held until paid in full

 

Pickup & Storage

• Pickup within 15 days of completion notification (unless otherwise organised)

• $5/day storage fee after 30 days

• Machines abandoned after 60 days may be sold or used for parts

 

Warranty

• 3-month labour warranty on repairs (parts as per manufacturer)

• Covers only original repair issues, not misuse or unrelated problems

 

Liability

• Not responsible for pre-existing damage or unrelated faults

• Older machines may have additional risks

 

Right to Refuse Service
Repairs may be declined if the machine:

• Is beyond reasonable repair

• Is unsafe to operate

• Requires proprietary parts/tools unavailable to me
